GOAT LUNG: There are multiple randomly distributed, discrete, well delineated, approximately circular and slightly raised 1-3cm diameter pale pink/grey foci observed on the surface of the lung.

Dx: Multifocal interstitial pneumonia (this is a case of melioidosis – but other bacterial infections and goat pox could look similar).
